Bad service, they don't care about my problem.In response to the last interaction:Hello, my visit to the store was in person, I took my DJI Osmo 5 that is without the Tripod to try to buy one and I was informed briefly and grudgingly by the attendant that they do not sell individual parts and that I should buy it on Amazon. If I wanted to buy on Amazon, I wouldn't have needed to go to a physical store to have my problem solved.

I had come for the fly more plus kit and to buy a dji mini 3 pro. Unfortunately the kit more was out of stock. Instead I received an extra battery and a 2 year warranty offer. My disappointment turned into total satisfaction. On top of that the seller (Jared) owns the same drone so I got the best advice and he was able to answer all my questions. A big thank you to Jared and Ben for their service and professionalism.

Absolutely pathetic! Went in there on Monday 27th February, there was one guy behind the counter with a customer but there was another member of staff who looked like he was wandering around (not doing much) after the customer left the guy behind the counter had to take a phone call (fair enough) but the other staff member came from a back room and I looked at him only for him to totally ignore me by continuing to keep walking past me and out the store. I can understand if he was on a break but didn't even say anything while the other guy was still on the phone, talk about lack of communication skills!! So rude.

Extremely impressed with the service from the counter staff. I was speaking to one of the staff who guided me through a product I was hesitant on. They were not pushy and perfectly happy to put the product aside to let me think on the decision. When I returned at a later date I was promptly greeted by another staff member who'd been briefed by the person I first spoke to making the purchase experience seamless between employees. Great communication!

We have bought a few things from DJI in the past and have been happy with the products. We only went into the store to pick up a gimble I ordered but Martin was so helpful we left with even more equipment that we are excited to try.His product knowledge was great and helped me make a decision after many days of research. It’s nice knowing he uses the same DJI equipment in his videography endeavours and could share his experiences on how he uses the products, with some additional tips. Thank you Martin, very happy and we will be back.

I walked in rich, i walked out broke but at least with a drone :)Customer service was fantastic. I was served by Jarrod and he seemed very knowledgeable on the products. As i was upgrading from an older drone I had done a little research myself but still had a few questios to ask. Jarrod was able to answer all my queries.I see that in some of the comments the store has a netted area to test fly a drone. I did not know about this, nor see the area but wish that I did as I would have liked to have done a test, at least with the new controller to see how it operated. Once the new drone and controller were setup, a few other queries come to mind which I never even though off. Had i had a play on a working controller at the store, I could have gained more intel and asked about it - But that is on me, and not the store nor the employee.Maybe i was lucky on the day I walked in, but there were two employee's and only myself and one other customer in the store so we both pretty much had personalised service, which is very rare these days.The only reason that I could not give a five star was because of lack of recycling/reuse of old drones/parts/batteries.I did ask about a trade in, store credit, option to leave my gear for re-furbishment or keep as spare parts for someone else - My drone landed in a river so the motherboard is stuffed, but everything else I had (batteries, controller, drone parts) is in near new condition. There did not seem too much interest on this, so i brought it all home.If there was a dedicated recycle program I would have been happy to leave my drone, batteries, controller and everything else behind - even with no store credit awarded. I would have been happy to see it broken down for spare parts for someone else and the batteries re-used.So all I could suggest is more encouragement on recycling of damaged drones and batteries.In the end, my new drone flys great! I was very happy with the friendly service from someone who seemed happy enough to talk instead of pushing for a sale.Would I shop there again - Absolutely.

Excellent Service and information provided by staff named Archer & Jarrod and very polite while asked many questions being a first time buyer for the product. You should definitely go to the store and get the right information on drones. Tbh I was bit keen to buy the expensive one (Mavic Air2s) but they suggested the economic option.

I find it great to see a drone shop from a brand. Prices are as to be expected. Like it how they have a small net area to fly a drone. Staff are friendly and helpful with questions that are asked and their range of products are good.

The female employee at the store when I rang was not helpful when trying to ask about a few products. She was rude in the way she was speaking and got the feeling it was to hard to answer a few questions about some DJI products. I also went into the store a few daysvagsin and both staff members didn't seem like they could be bothered to help a customer. The day I went in I was the only one in the shop. Having that shop is a waste of time and won't waste my time going there again. There is a way better drone shop in Bayswater that is way better with helpful staff. With that attitude from staff your better to buy your products online.
